RACHEL E. FRYDMAN is a sole practitioner for the Firm. On occasion she will utilize the assistance of two colleagues, designated as “of counsel” for the firm. Both attorneys have been admitted to the Florida Bar for over twenty years.
Since admittance to the Florida Bar in 1998, Rachel has devoted her entire practice to assisting Community Associations. The areas of her practice include, but are not limited to, the collection of delinquent assessments, covenant enforcement actions, handling recall of board members, DBPR complaints, amending association governing documents, assisting with regular and special board and/or membership meetings, and providing legal opinions on various issues.
Upon graduation from law school Rachel began her career in May of 1998 with Katzman & Korr, P.A., where she gained her knowledge and expertise of Community Association Law. There she worked initially as a law clerk for a short time, then as an Associate for nine (9) years, and finally as a Partner, until October of 2008. She gained extensive knowledge on the day-to-day operations of community associations which hugely benefits all her clients. Rachel then began the Frydman Law Group, PLLC with her sister-in law, where she successfully represented more than 150 Associations for about 12 years. When her sister-in-law retired from law, Rachel opened the current Firm in January of 2021 and is currently representing just about 175 Associations.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1994 and her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Law School in 1998. Rachel has since been a member of the Florida Bar Association and is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. To expand her practice, she has been granted a foreign license to practice law in Indiana. Her work in Indiana is devoted to Community Association Law, as well, as she works as “of counsel” for Eads Murray & Pugh, P.C.
Her adult life has been centered around community. She devoted 5+ years of her free time to volunteer as an Event Lead for Relay for Life of Parkland and Coral Springs, worked with the Indiana University Student Relay for Life for two (2) years and supported her son’s devotion to Indiana University Dance Marathon while he was in college for four (4) years. Rachel is currently a Diamond Sponsor of the Bold Ladies in Business wherein the mission is to network and support ladies in business while giving back to local charities. This year, she is celebrating 25 years of marriage to her husband, Kerry and their son, Tyler, has recently graduated from Indiana University, where he earned a Marketing degree from the Kelley School of Business.
Eileen Nejib is the sole paralegal and executive assistant for the Partner. She has been the backbone of the law firm, and Rachel's right hand, since 2011. Eileen’s specialties include communicating with the owners during collection proceedings to assist the Partner in resolving pending matters, and keeping the office organized and running efficiently. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Eileen has two daughters and three amazing grandsons, and more on the way. Eileen’s favorite past time is to shop for clothes, shoes and bags. When time allows she and her husband travel.
